What: We are looking for a talented individual with a passion for science and a track record of achieving policy impact to become our new Science Policy Manager. This is a fast-paced and challenging position within the ICR’s Communications and Policy directorate – helping to make sure the policy environment we work in is as supportive as possible for cancer research. You will be leading a range of projects to build policy lines and evidence, and engage with politicians, policy makers and stakeholders – all with the overriding aim of helping the ICR to benefit patients through its research.

Science Communications Officer at Wellcome Centre for Human Neuroimaging (UCL)

What: The Wellcome Centre for Human Neuroimaging, part of the UCL Institute of Neurology, is seeking a 0.4 FTE Science Communications Officer to support the researchers in the dissemination and communication of the work within the Centre. Working closely with the Public Engagement Manager and the Director, the post holder’s role will include developing content and maintaining our website and other UCL pages, assisting in the management of social media platforms, developing press releases for media, and liaising with the central UCL media team.
