I hope that your are all staying safe. As for me, I’m in the process of buying a home, and my life is kind of a hurly-burly at the moment. It’s all good news, so as we say in Spanish “sarna con gusto no pica” (which translates weirdly into “If you like the scratching then you do not mind the lice” ).
